All dyed products are guaranteed to be dyed through. If not, we will replace the item.

CueVeneer.com's liability is limited to replacing the product purchased.

Due to the cost of the white veneer, an equal amount of other colors must be ordered at the same time. For example, an order for 4 white veneers would also need 4 other sheets of veneer (perhaps a combo pack.) Thank you for your understanding!
